About
Personalized hormone care
A2 Hormone Center is a specialized, consultative practice focused on hormone-related care for women in perimenopause and menopause. Care is physician-led and designed to provide a thoughtful, individualized approach rather than protocol-driven treatment.
Services include comprehensive hormone evaluation, individualized treatment plans, diagnostic testing including blood and saliva-based testing when appropriate, body composition assessment, and weight management support.

Services
What we offer
Hormone evaluation and treatment
Advanced and personalized evaluation may include targeted laboratory and saliva-based testing when appropriate. Treatment plans are individualized and may include prescription or compounded hormone therapy.
Compounded hormone therapy
When appropriate, treatment may include compounded medications sourced from PCAB-accredited, 503A compounding pharmacies to support high standards for quality and safety. Patients are counseled that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and may have variability in potency.
Weight management
GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP-based therapies may be incorporated when appropriate as part of a broader strategy to address metabolic changes associated with menopause.
Treatment includes physician evaluation, laboratory testing, and ongoing follow-up for dose adjustment and monitoring. Eligibility is limited to patients actively receiving hormone therapy within the practice. These treatments are not provided solely for cosmetic use and are not offered to patients with BMI below 19.
Body composition and metabolic health
Body composition analysis and metabolic evaluation are used to guide treatment decisions and monitor progress over time.
